ORDERING PRINCIPLES

1. The terms of trade are defined in the price-list
2. The order must contain the following items:
•    device type i.e. PA-90-J clipper plus the stuffer, dimension 28 (1 piece of the stuffer equipped with brake is already included in the semi-automatic clipper price)
•    number of the devices ordered
•    additional equipment ordered e.g. + “PP” + stuffer equipped with the brake, diameter 45
•    stuffer type the clipper is to co-operate with (it refers to the semi-automatic clippers)
•    information regarding the way the devices will be collected and transported, in order to appropriately pack the machines.
Order example:
1.    PW-90 – 1 piece;
PA-90-J/28/ + PP (compatible with Handtmann VF-200)
- 1 piece;
2.    stuffer equipped with the brake, dimension 38 - 1 piece;
stuffer equipped with the brake, dimension 45 - 1 piece;
3.    Please forward the ordered devices by air, with
................. company.
3. Upon getting the order the pro-forma invoice is issued. This document constitutes grounds for transferring 30% prepayment of the invoice value.

4. At the moment of getting advance payment to our bank account the Order’s confirmation is issued and we start performing the order, keeping the following delivery dates:
•    PW-90 clipper - up to 2 weeks
•    PA-90 clipper - from 4 to 7 weeks
ATTENTION! additional packaging e.g. wood cases subject to extra charge:
•    the wood case for packaging PW-90 clipper - 250 PLN
•    the wood case for packaging PA-90 clipper - 450 PLN
5. The devices may be collected or shipped only upon getting the remaining part of payment. The date of payment is stated on the Order’s confirmation.
